After reviewing the class descriptions for adults or children, in addition to the policies below, choose below to register for adult or child classes. For all other classes or events, email nicoledonson@comast.net.

So that each participant receives a lot of attention, guidance, and assistance, class sizes are limited to 6 registrants.
Your space in any given class is reserved until I receive a written notice of withdrawal.

When Nicole’s Art Spot receives registration, I will contact you by phone or email to confirm.
Late registration will be prorated if you or your child joins a class after it has started
For payment, we accept all major credit cards and personal checks.
Please contact me if you or your child must miss a class due to illness or emergency; in this case will do our best to offer a make-up option if your miss class. If I am unable to schedule a make-up session, I cannot offer any prorated refunds. I will not be able to offer make up classes between Christmas and New Year’s Day or around some other federal holidays.
Class fees include all art and crafts materials.
Full payment of tuition is required to guarantee a spot in a class.
Class tuition must be paid prior to or on the start date of the first class.
If Nicole’s Art Spot needs to cancel a class, I will contact you with as much notice as possible. In this case, I will offer a make-up session after the class’s scheduled end date.
No full or partial refund will be given if you miss a single session. However, because I strive to offer a positive experience, if you withdraw from an ongoing class that is not a good fit for you or your child’s interests or for any other reason, I will offer a prorated refund for the remaining classes or you can apply it to another class.
I can create and tailor a private class that meets your child’s interests or offer an art and craft activity for a group of children. I can also design a private class in a variety of media for you and child to enjoy together. Please contact me to discuss convenient times and to discuss possible activities.
I will meet your child in the front entrance of Gorse Mill Studios before class starts. Please pick up your child at Nicole’s Art Spot, Studio #209, when class ends.
Please call me if you will be late; I understand that traffic, for instance, or another unforeseen circumstance may delay you. I will wait with your child, and after a grace period of ten minutes I will charge $1 for each additional minute you are late.
Family: Siblings registering for the same class or two different classes will each receive a 10 percent discount.
Bring-a-friend: If your child registers with a friend for the same class, each family will receive a 10 percent discount.
Refer a friend or family member: If you refer a friend or family member to take one of my classes, you will receive a 10 percent discount on your next class.
